Estuardo lives in Aldea El Aguacate with his mother. He comes from a low-income family and has grown up in a home affected by difficult family circumstances and a history of domestic violence, including abuse by his grandfather toward his mother.

Today, Estuardo and his mother live together in a rented room. His mother works occasionally in informal jobs to help support their household. She was unable to continue her education and completed only sixth grade, which has made it difficult for her to find stable employment.

Estuardo is a very grateful kid. We have had the opportunity to watch him grow and have seen how he makes the most of every opportunity he is given. He especially enjoys participating in activities such as music classes and other activities offered to the children at the Hogar.
