Using this site

You may use this website for its intended purpose: learning about our work, giving, and managing your own sponsorship. You may not attempt to gain access to accounts or information that are not yours, or use the site in a way that disrupts it for others.

Donations and sponsorships

Sponsorship is a recurring gift, charged at the frequency you choose, until you cancel. You can change or cancel your sponsorship at any time from your account or by contacting us.

Gifts support the work of Hogar Miguel Magone and the surrounding community. Where a gift is designated for a particular purpose, we will apply it to that purpose. If that purpose is already fully funded, we may apply it to the area of greatest need.

Duplicate or accidental donations may be refunded at our discretion. Monthly sponsorships may be canceled at any time, but payments already processed are generally nonrefundable.

Tax deductibility

The IRS has determined we are exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions made to our organization under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. Our organization has been further classified by the IRS as a public charity.

Sponsor accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

Photographs and stories

The photographs, stories, and other content on this site belong to Hogar's Helping Hands or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without asking, particularly images of children.

No warranty

The services are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hogar's Helping Hands Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Hogar's Helping Hands Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the services.
