Ian Carlo is an 11 year old boy with a natural talent for leadership. As one of the older children in his group, he often takes the initiative, and the other boys naturally look to him for direction and follow his lead. He has a strong presence among his peers and is doing well in school, showing that he can balance his role within the group with his educational responsibilities. As he continues to grow, he has the opportunity to develop his leadership abilities in positive and meaningful ways.

Ian Carlo and his younger brothers came into the care of the Hogar in 2025 following a court order. Before their arrival, the boys had been living with their maternal uncle, who eventually expressed that he could no longer care for them. He brought the children before the Juvenile and Adolescence Court, leading to their placement in the protection system. They are now receiving care and support as they continue their childhood in a more stable environment.

We hope Ian Carlo will continue to grow in confidence, strengthen his academic skills, and learn to use his leadership qualities to encourage and support those around him. With guidance, affection, and opportunities to develop his potential, he can continue building a future filled with possibilities.
